How often do sessions run? +
Most students take one or two 60-minute sessions per subject each week. Closer to exams, families often add a third session or extend to 90 minutes.
How long is each session? +
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. We also offer 90-minute sessions, commonly used for SAT preparation and final-exam intensives.
Do you offer packages or pay-as-you-go? +
Both. Pay-as-you-go for flexibility, or 12- and 24-session packages for committed engagements with savings of ten to eighteen percent.
Can we cancel or reschedule a session? +
Cancel up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Every family also gets one no-questions-asked same-day cancellation per month.
Can we change tutors if the fit isn't right? +
Yes — at any time, no questions asked, no fee. We match a new tutor within 48 hours with a full handover of progress notes.
How is payment handled? +
Rates are billed in your local currency with no hidden platform fees. Payment plans of three, six or twelve monthly instalments are available worldwide.
